I have a 2002 Ford F150 that started leaking around the rear window. I called Peason Ford's body shop (collision repair) and was advised: "They could not fix or work on my truck due to the age limit." Of course, I panicked and asked to speak with the Manager. We have purchased other cars in our lifetime but from start to finish this was the best car buying experience to date. We came in with very specific parameters & a couple of vehicles found online. We were shown what we wanted & not pressured into buying something that was out of our price range. Salesman Michael Daniels was very pleasant to work with, friendly & personable. We really felt that he cared about getting us what we wanted. A great pleasure working with him. Accounting paperwork went smoothly. We had time to read everything as we wished, not rushed at all. The confusing barrage of papers were clearly explained to our satisfaction.
I went to Pearson Ford today wanting to find a great deal on a Ford Edge. My salesman Scott showed me the Edge I hand in mind. After a test drive and going over all the features of the car Scott worked with me so that we were able to get a deal done. I drove home in my new Edge Titanium a happy man.
I just went in by chance just to see as I already had another truck in mind. I told Scott everything that I wanted and truck and took a similar one for test drive. The very next morning I get a text as he found it. Next thing I know I have the truck that I always wanted at a price that I wanted. Through the first contact with Scott till the end of the purchase. When asking for pictures of truck Scott sent more then adequate Pictures. Scott acted more as a buyers agent then a car salesman.
Nice, clean, organized, and well stocked dealership. Sales Rep. Scott was pleasant, efficient, and decent to work with(but busy). A little online research revealed that pricing was pretty average for the location. A small glitch at the beginning of the test drive was quickly resolved. Car was clean and well prepped at delivery. One side note, I didn't notice until later that the vehicle had no floor mats. Why would an Edge Sport not have mats?

Amanda made the shopping experience very pleasant. Did not feel pressured at any point during the sale. I appreciated that she took the time to get to know me before test driving the car. Brandon was great to work with. The vehicle I initially went in to look at turned out not to be available for lease, so he combed through the inventory to find me the closest car he could that was still the color I wanted. Going from a 1996 jeep to a 2018 ford was a leap up in technology and Brandon made sure I was comfortable with it all before I drove off the lot! He (and Kyle) also sat patiently while I read every word on every paper before signing it!
